| おいしい入れ方 | ①冷茶ポットに水とティーバックを入れます。水５００ｍｌ～１Ｌに対して ティーバック１ヶの割合で入れます。 ②冷蔵庫に入れて 良く冷やします。 ③マドラー（撹拌棒）で揉み出す様に良く掻き混ぜます。 ティーバックをマドラーで４～５回軽く押さえつける様にしますと、 鮮やかな緑色の水色に変わります。 ④冷蔵庫に入れて １～２日以内にお召し上がり下さい。 |

It is recommended as the tea before going to bed in the evening.【HOW TO MAKE THE TEA】 ① Add water and tea bag in a cold teapot. 1 tea bag is suitable for 500ml to 1L of water. ② Put in the refrigerator and cool it. ③ Stir like rubbing with muddler (stirring bar). If you try to lightly hold down tea bags 4 to 5 times with muddler, it will turn into a bright green and light blue color. ④ Please enjoy the tea within 1 to 2 days after put in the refrigerator. |
