【特徴】みる芽と呼ばれるやわらかい葉のみを丁寧に手摘みした高級煎茶です。急須から出したときに新芽の産毛が浮きますがこれは高級茶独特のものです。数量限定品ですのでご注文はお早めにどうぞ。【淹れ方のコツ】 1.湯呑に沸騰したお湯を注ぎ80度位まで温めておきます。 2.急須に茶葉（二人分約５ｇ）を入れお湯を注ぎ、ふたをして30～40秒待ちます。 3.少しずつ均等に注ぎ分け、最後の一滴まで完全に注ぎきります。
